Who needs more friends when you have two super fun, classy, sassy and bombastically energetic sisters by your side, a super supportive brother who is up to be a partner in all your crimes, and mum and dad who just let you be...all that want you to be. Dancing and funning around (yeah 'funning' is a word in my dictionary ;-) is just the order of any day, and a wedding is just another reason to dance with legally two drinks down.
Now that's a good prelude set ;-)
Having known Simer as a friend, I was really looking forward to this wedding and man!! did I have some fun. It was good to be the only photographer from Simer's side, and be a part of this hearty and jolly good Punjabi family. The best thing and which will for sure go down the memory lane for this particular assignment, as to see after a veeerrrrryyyyyyy long time, a family which danced and drank and sang and danced at a wedding and just cared whether all had their glasses full and no one was missing from the dance floor.
Honey Di and Mini had it all under control. Hats off to these pretty ladies to managing everyone and be ready with this million dollar smile every single time they saw me around.
And yes let's not forget the groom Raj, who entered the scene to be a part of the madness with his equally crazy and super fun band of boys.
It was great to see Simer go all Bollywood style and make an entry with a "ishtylish thumka", a smile and sparkle which speaks for itself.
It was good to see, Simer & Raj being the first one's to hit the dance floor and get the craziness started.
